This product worked really well. I purchased this product because I wanted to try using the dip nail polish. Getting the nail polish off proved to be a challenge though, so I purchased this because when I've had my nails done professionally, they have used this type of machine on my nails. The reason for the 4 stars is because as I was trying to file the dip nails off, it's rotating so fast that it burns and hurts. No joke. It feels like your nail is burning it gets so hot. You need to be aware that it takes layers off of your nail too. It's filing DOWN your nail. I have thick nails. Not after having used this priduct. It filed them so thin that they hurt. It's been over a month since i used the polish and used this machine. My nails grow fast, so they are growing back thick again (to my relief). I won't be using this to remove polish but I will use it to help file and shape my nails in the future.Good product l, just be careful when using it.This was a great drill for the first set of my nose I did but after that it wouldn’t work. I would turn it on it would the drill handle itself is getting hot I would like a replacement.Update!!!Awesome customer service. The company reached out hours after my initial review and sent me a replacement drill immediately. It came and seems to work great. Both settings F and A work and the drill itself hasnt become hot. Thanks Hugmaple!Ok im not sure if I just received a faulty item or what, but I purchased this drill by going off of all the great reviews. Trying it for the first time, I only get power if I turn the dial up the highest setting. Im a seasoned nail technician so Im used to that high of a setting, but after using for a minute or so, the drill become so hot in my hand, I couldnt even hold it anymore. It was burning hot. Ive never experienced this with a nail drill before. I turned it off and let it sit, turned it back on and the same thing is happening. Ive bought several nail drills off of amazon in the past years and this is the worst one yet. I am so disappointedI have just started to practice doing my own nails at home to save money and this is definitely way better than a really cheap old one I had before. They sent me a new drill free of charge and it works perfectly.I did like this drill the first 3 times I used. But now it won't turn on unless I turn the power up to the highest and it gets really hot. I don't know if I got a faulty one or if they are all like this.I wanted to try doing my own nails at home and was recommended this drill. It’s super simple to use for beginners like me and it actually works really well. Definitely recommend.This e-file is light in weight , low sound while using, battery last for a while before having to recharge, and ultimately works really well!!was a great choice as my first E-file.The product was packed perfectly and was delivered fast. The package was not broken and came in mint condition.
